Refund Policy

1. Booking is confimed only on payment of full advance.

2. We follow a FLEXIBLE Refund Policy, as explained below:

* Cancellation 14 days before Check-in (date of check-in minus 13 days, as at 1800h on that day): Full Refund. eg for a booking on 15th of a month, the full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled on or before 6 pm on 02nd of that month). This date will be worked out from the first date of proposed check-in, irrespective of total number of days booked.

*No refund after the above dateline irrespective of the reason, including air flight cancellation except as mentioned in the next point.

*In case of a natural calamity obstructing the access to our retreat within Mandi District/pandemic/ restrictions by the government (HP and Central Govts only), 100% refund will be done minus the amount spent in meeting/preparing for any special demand made by the guest.

*There will be NO REFUND/PARTIAL REFUND once the guest has checked in.
